Poker Nordica VIP Program Terms and Conditions

• Poker Nordica's VIP Program membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Poker Nordica.
• Customers are encouraged to read these terms and conditions carefully.
• Poker Nordica reserves the right to terminate or amend the membership to and benefits of its VIP Program at any time in its sole discretion.
• Participation in the VIP Program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. Poker Nordica reserves the right to interpret, modify, add or delete these program rules at any time, with or without notice. Although Poker Nordica will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate, customers are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions and the other VIP Program pages on a regular basis.
• Poker Nordica retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Program Terms & Conditions.
• Membership to the Poker VIP Program is offered at the sole discretion of Poker Nordica. Poker Nordica may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review and the decision of Poker Nordica shall be final.
• VIP Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
• In accordance with our policy relating to the redemption of VIP Points, if you have not logged into your poker account for more than two (2) months you will be considered as a ‘dormant’ poker player. In our sole discretion, a dormant poker player may forfeit the VIP Points accrued on his/her account and we reserve the right to withdraw such VIP Points without further notice.
• The VIP Program Terms & Conditions are additional to the General Terms & Conditions and other terms, rules and conditions applicable to customers of Poker Nordica.
• All decisions taken by Poker Nordica with reference to any aspect of the VIP Program will be final.
• The VIP Program Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
