Phone Verification
This is a guide to show how the phone verification process works:
When the player has submitted his/her deposit and the deposit requires some sort of verification, the player will get a pop-up with this text:
Transaction ID XXXXXXX has been submitted but requires player verification. Please check your email immediately for further instructions.
In his/her email inbox there will be an email from PokerNordica with the subject “PokerNordica Phone Verification Required”.
In this email there is a link the player has to press. This link we transfer the player into his/her pending transactions in the player admin.
If the player does not get the email and can’t find it in his/her “Spam Folder” he has to log on to this link: https://secure.pokernordica.com/pending_verification.html
When the player has logged in, he will be transferred directly to his/her pending transactions.
On this page there will be a link saying “Phone Verification Required”.
When the player clicks on the link, the system will start the phone verification process.

The player now has to click on the “Phone Verify” button.
The player will now see this screen:

The player now has to choose his/her country and type in his/her phone number with the area code but the not country code prefix.
When the player has done that he has to press Continue.
The player will now see this screen and should expect a call on his/her phone within 3 minutes.

When the player receives the call, there will be an automatic phone machine which will read out a 4 digit confirmation code:
When the player types in this code and press the “Continue” button he should be phone verified in the system.
Please remember that phone verification is absolutely cost free for the player. He does not have to call a number, he just have to type in his/her number so the system can call him.
