How do I make a deposit?
- Click on "cashier" in the Lobby, followed by clicking on the "Your Details" tab. Once your personal details have been provided you are ready to make your first deposit.
- Now click on the "Deposit" tab at the top of the screen. Select your preferred deposit method, add your account and then simply fill out the relevant details.
How do I make a withdrawal?
- Click on the "Cashier" tab - located in the top left corner, next to Lobby

- Enter the withdrawal amount, click on your preferred method, and then select "Make Withdrawal".

I can't fax or scan verification documents?
If you do not have a printer, fax or scanner you can use a community computer or fax. Digital camera or camera phone images are also acceptable. However, all images must be clearly visible.
Why won't my Credit Card work?
- Check your mail to see if an email has been sent explaining why your transaction was denied. It may state that you have entered your card number or cvv2 number incorrectly.
- Try again with another card.
- Deposit via click2pay.com or another ewallet.
- Contact your financial institution and ask them if they have any restrictions placed on your credit card for online gambling sites.

Why was my account held when I tried to make a deposit?
Your account may have been held for one of the following reason:
- You have added too may credit cards
- The payment method you have added is shared by another player.
- You have added a payment method on a shared computer.
